When I first arrived in seventh grade I thought it would be really hard. I expected that because in sixth grade, all the teachers told us that seventh grade would be the hardest out of the three years. But I son realized that it would be easy if you work hard in class and at home. By October, my life was full of homework. I had homework everyday and I also had football so it made me have barley any free time. Eventually I figured out how to manage my time. I did homework at wildcat time.

In seventh grade , I learned how to manage my time, how to sow, and that offseason is harder than expected.
If I had a do over I would choose a language and I would be more careful and not break my iPad. My advice to seventh graders is to manage their time and to take care of their work

A leader isn’t always the smartest, strongest, or fastest. A leader is someone who has the most perseverance, the biggest heart or the best commitment. A leader is someone who will encourage someone. They never let how bad a situation looks bother them.

For example, on a basketball team a leader is generally the point guard. The smallest member of the team. They still find ways to make their teammates better by passing them the ball. A good leader doesn’t care about his own personal achievements as much as winning. If you have a point guard that cares about scoring you won’t win.

Another leader is a commander of an army. They lead the army and make sure everything good. They help their troops train and understand what they have to do. When they have to fight the commander is there to help. He leads with determination to make sure they win the battle.

I wanted a scooter because everyone had scooters and they all would race down the hill in our neighborhood. It was so fun. I wanted to be a part of that. For my eighth birthday, I got a cool new scooter with sparks on them. Sparks are things you add on your breaks so it shoots sparks when you break. It was amazing! I was so happy that I got it. I loved racing and it was so much easier to ride it to the basketball park or the swimming pool than to walk.

Austin, Texas is where I have lived for 7 years and it is amazing. Austin is a weird, chill and energetic city. Austin is cool.

One reason why Austin is cool is because Austin has cool music events. One example of this is ACL. ACL means Austin City Limits and is a huge music festival. Last year at ACL, Kendrick Lamar and Fun. came to perform. It was really cool. I would go every year to ACL if I could because it is that cool. Austin has really good music events and it is even called the Live Music Capital. That is why it’s cool.

Furthermore, Austin has the Texas Longhorns. The Longhorns are a college sport team that play in UT which is in Austin. The UT longhorns are a decent team and play in the Big-12. They are a good team and play other good teams. I love watching them play. When they played Oregon in the Alamo Bowl I had to go because Oregon is my favorite team. Texas longhorns are my second favorite. Sports also makes Austin cool.

Austin will always be cool and weird. It is a place that I am happy to call home.

Who likes carrying stuff? Sweat-soaked shirts and empty water bottles. Carrying all that stuff after a sports game can be really annoying. If only there was a bag that you could put all that stuff in, oh wait there is! A sports bag.

First of all, carrying all that stuff is hard and just slinging a bag of all that stuff on your shoulder would solve that problem. For instance, after a long and hard football game you would probably want to change into some much more comfortable street clothes. One problem, wait never mind two problems. Your shoulder pads and helmet. These two things are a pain to carry and will for sure not fit in your backpack, so that’s why I use a gym bag. It saves time and trouble! That’s why a gym bag will help carry your stuff.

Another reason is that you won’t stink after you carry all of that sweat drenched stuff. If you carry your stuff in a bag you won’t be able to smell all of your clothes. One example of this is that after a long day at the gym you change. The smell of the clothes is disgusting, so you put them in a gym bag. Problem solved! You can also wash your gym bag which I recommend people do daily. So a gym bag will help with the smell of sweaty clothes.

A gym bag is a tool that is really useful. It can help carry stuff. So don’t always try to carry stuff yourself sometimes a gym bag can help. Machines are always helpful if you know how to use them. Besides many great athletes like Michael Jordan and Kobe used them so that’s good enough for me.
